The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

my approach

My approach is client driven and will alter with each individual.  It has been my experience that no one method fits all.  By working with clients and getting to know who they are, certain methods and approaches become apparent.

I work in a co-created environment with clients of many backgrounds and with many concerns. I focus on primary issues and matters of concern, working in ways to empower clients.  My goal is to create a safe space for individuals to be free of judgement and feel a permission to express freely what is happening in their inner world.  Honouring the client is fundamental in what I do.  Additionally, I try to give space for feelings to emerge and new perceptions of situations to arise and be embraced.  My overall goal is to assist individuals with recognizing their own inner strengths and gifts. In having this awareness clients can move through difficult situations and issues in their lives with a great sense of stability and self assuredness. It is my honor to hold space for clients to step ever deeper into their authentic selves and find a place of rest to share their inner selves freely.

The human soul is virtually indestructible, and its ability to rise from the ashes remains as long as the body draws breath.
